SecureCourier is a secure document exchange server that facilitates the exchange of any type of document (text files, graphics, sound, video), inclusive of large file size, with total security over the network. It acts as a repository for documents to be stored and retrieved only by the intended recipient(s). You can also use this repository to backup various files, or use it to send documents to your friends and business partners securely.

SecureCourier allows you to seamlessly sign and encrypt any documents and transfer them to the designated recipients. This authenticates the sender’s identity and ensures that these documents can be accessed and decrypted only by the intended recipient. No one else, not even the SecureCourier Service Provider, can compromise the security of the data. You can, therefore, be assured that SecureCourier is a highly secured way of transferring confidential information of any type and any size over the network.

Your concern over non-repudiation is no longer an issue. The time-stamping capability of SecureCourier allows you to keep track of the specific uploading and downloading time of the communicating parties. You can then verify whether the intended recipients have received and downloaded the document that you have sent.

SecureCourier also safeguards the users against unreliable network. They may experience unsuccessful or incomplete uploading and downloading due to some network errors. Instead of having to restart the whole uploading and downloading process all the way from the beginning, SecureCourier allows the users to continue from where it has left off previously.

At anytime, after uploading the document, the senders can choose to delete it from the server. This provides them with the full flexibility of managing their storage usage. It also saves them from the danger of having anyone ever recovering this document. If you have mistakenly sent either a document to the wrong recipient or a wrong document to the intended recipient via email, there is no way of deleting it. But, with SecureCourier, such situation can be rectified as the sender has the flexibility of deleting those documents that were sent by mistake.

In order to enjoy the highest level of security, you need SecureAge® which can upgrade SecureCourier to up to 256-bit encryption strength seamlessly. Besides, all the current SecureAge® users who want to use SecureCourier service will be given 5 MB of free storage.
