As a key member of the central Marketing team reporting to the CMO, you will guide the success of our Physical Events while developing the frameworks and mechanisms to monitor the progress of our Marketing activities and optimize the allocation of our Marketing spend. You will apply your passions and experience to guide how our team continually improves and scales globally.

Marketing Events Supervisor

As the owner of this key function, you will:

  • Lead our Marketing team to successfully execute Physical Events such as RSA Conferences, InfoSecurity Conferences, Singapore Govware and FinTech, and Japan IT Week.
  • Coordinate with global partners (e.g. the SecureAge UK office) and Public Relations agencies (e.g. our NY-based agency) to amplify the impact of our attendance (whether exhibiting or not) at Physical Events.
  • Define a roadmap for our participation in Physical Events identifying where we should be and when, how much we should invest, and how we should define success and measure.
  • Perform other related tasks and responsibilities assigned by the CMO.

Marketing Tracking Supervisor

As the owner of this key function, you will:

  • Support the CMO and members of the Singapore Marketing team in tracking the progress of our Marketing activities (weekly tracker) and identifying owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Support the CMO and members of the Singapore Marketing team in maintaining the 2020 Marketing Budget.
  • Recommend adjustments to amplify the total effectiveness of our spending.
  • Perform other related tasks and responsibilities requested by the Singapore Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • Must possess at least 3 years of working experience in Events, Public Relations, or Program Management
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, global company and able to achieve stakeholder alignment in a timely fashion: you make plans, convince others and then deliver results
  • Flexibility to define your own role and the confidence to never say “that’s not my job”
