Operations Manager

Singapore, Singapore (Full Time)

You will be managing a group of Operations Engineers and be working closely with a government agency to tackle technical issues by analyzing, diagnosing and then either solving the issues or escalating to other technical teams. Training will be provided for you to understand our security solutions thoroughly.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operations team carry out assigned job scope responsibly and assist the team in handling incidents and queries
  • Attend all operations and Change-advisory Board (CAB) meetings with relevant stakeholders to report on the project status
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities and act as the single point of contact
  • Act as the single point of contact for incident escalation to the development team in a timely manner
  • Prepare technical documentation, training material and conduct user training

Requirements

  • Singapore citizenship is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer/Computer Science or related field with 3 – 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Able to work with a team and/or stakeholder to achieve operational targets
  • Possesses critical and analytical thinking, multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with software testing is preferred
  • Experience with programming languages in C, Java or C++ is preferred
