As a Regional Sales Manager, your role would be to aid in the growth and development of the SecureAge brand. You will play a key role in the full sales process, from customer acquisition to closing of business deals. A passion and understanding of cybersecurity are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Sets sales targets and strategy to grow SecureAge market and financial position
Prospects new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or through other means of generating interest from potential clients
Builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals
Works with customers to identify their needs and give recommendations on how specific products and services can meet their needs
Develops, communicates, and implements the sales strategy, through leading sales initiatives, presentation of technical proposals, and ensures that the sales plans are feasible within cost, time, and environmental constraints
Maintains customer relationships to strategically place new products and drive sales for long-term growth
Drives product differentiation, maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions and evaluates partnership effectiveness
Requirements:
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills
Required to travel to clients' regional premises for sales pitches and negotiations
Familiar with client relationship management and sales tools, as well as sales operations and business practices
Knowledgeable of the SecureAge products and services, as well as the trends, developments, and challenges of the industry domain
Creative and self-motivated, dedicated to growing the business
Displays high levels of resilience when faced with challenges
Articulate and creative in utilizing his product and customer knowledge to close deals
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in product, consulting, or client-facing
5+ roles years of experience working in B2B product, consulting, or
5+ enterprise sales role
Background and experience in IT/engineering
Experience working in SaaS, preferably in sales productivity and/or ad tech
