Product Marketing Manager

As a key member of the central Marketing team reporting to the CMO, you will guide the success of our flagship enterprise data security suite. In this newly created role, you will work alongside product developers, marketing, sales, operations, and customer support to drive the success of our total product portfolio. You will contribute to building a company culture based on consumer needs and lead the way in our expansion into key global markets such as the US, UK, and Japan.

Represent Data Security Suite Consumers. As the owner of this key function, you will:

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to manage the consolidation of our existing enterprise data security software products (SecureEmail, SecureFile, SecureDisk, SecureNetguard) in a way that is natural and easy to understand for consumers.
  • Lead all data security suite marketing activities (e.g. advertising, PR releases, developing product collateral) in close collaboration with analytics to define the impacts of your actions and with creative and UI-UX to consistently improve the customer experience (even before they ask for it).
  • Maintain consistent messaging for the brand across consumer touchpoints.
  • Represent the customer in every meeting and discussion at SecureAge and convince other teams why it matters. You hold all facts and information about our data security software suite and our global users.

Represent the Data Security Suite Business. As the owner of this key function, you will:

  • Run monthly company-wide reviews to highlight the big debates and create consensus behind the agreed upon direction. Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure that opinions are heard, information shared, and that we collectively focus on what matters.
  • Work closely with global sales partners and the COO to develop new channels and strategies to strengthen the competitiveness and appeal of our data security software suite in our key global markets.
  • Establish and track our data security suite business goals and report on the financial health of your products.
  • Perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the CMO.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Computer Science, Business, or Marketing.
  • Must possess at least 10 years of working experience in product marketing or development.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, global company and able to achieve stakeholder alignment in a timely fashion: you make plans, convince others, and then deliver results.
  • A leader who is flexible to work on tasks required by other members of team.
